(that we older and wiser people take for granted).
At the time buying an orange ice cream at lunch sounded like a good idea. An even better idea was to put it next to her ice pack in her lunch box and save it until after school :) As you can imagine when she opened her lunch box on the way home from school she was a bit surprise to find liquid in a bag. We all had a little laugh, and now we know you can't "save" ice cream.

Matchy Matchy...
I had fun taking their pictures yesterday, since they were all happy :) Baby girl will be 11 weeks old on Wednesday.

Birthday Girl! We had to celebrate the day after her birthday since on her big day she was recovering from having the flu, no fun.
Ice anyone? We have had a couple of ice storms which have resulted in delayed trains and school closures. When you walked outside it is one giant popsicle. Luckily yesterday the temperature went up and melted off a lot of the ice, now we won't break a leg going up the stairs into our house (we had about an inch and a half of ice covering our entire front walk and stairs).

Happy Birthday Baby Girl!
I guess she is hardly a baby anymore but I call all of my girls "baby girl"!
Yay for Gracie, she is 3 today. Unfortunately she has been fighting off illness all week and is not quite her usual self :( So what does three mean to Gracie? It means she is potty trained. She is now a BIG sister. She can play outside with Letty and mom doesn't have to be out there the whole time. She says funny things like calling me a "little fella" and mixing up her v's and b's so she sounds Latin. She also likes to say "you don't have to tell me a hundred, hundred times"...after you've asked her twice. She loves playing with little things like strawberry shortcake, and her miniature sleeping beauty set. She loves yogurt and rice. She is excited to be big like Letty so she can go to school and dance class. She loves to play games and pretend and to water color. And she loves her sisters! Our little Gracie lights up our lives. She is an irresistible bundle of joy. We love you babe, and wish you a wonderful year of being 3!

Time
Where does the time go? Baby girl is just about 2 months old, yikes it's gone by so fast. I decided to put some December and January pictures together that represents what we've been doing. Christmas was in Idaho this year and the girls had tons of fun with their cousins. Baby gets to grow up with her cousin who is just three weeks older. I don't have the pictures to show you of the other two second cousins that were born, so there are four total within one month of each other. We celebrated T-mans b-day, yay! We enjoyed a trip to the Crayola factory a week ago, it was a lot of hands on fun. We have also had lots of snow. The girls and T-man built a snow tunnel the length of our driveway (hours of entertainment).
We are adjusting to having three kids in tow as life whirls by us. I can hardly believe another year has come and gone. I'm afraid to blink and and see my girls all grown up. So TIME if you are listening slow down a bit, I don't want to miss anything.
